What is Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT)?

An instructor certified technically by Microsoft who provides training in Microsoft products and services. Microsoft Certified Trainers (MCTs) must use the Microsoft Official Curriculum (MOC) and must deliver training at authorized Microsoft training locations such as Certified Technical Education Centers (CTECs) and Authorized Academic Training Program (AATP) institutions.

MCT is Microsoft’s premier designation for individuals who are skilled in imparting practical knowledge of Microsoft products.

MCTs must demonstrate their training skills and technical competency on a course-by-course basis by passing the relevant exam and fulfilling other requirements.
