What is MOUS (Microsoft Office User Specialist)?

A Microsoft certification for individuals who have demonstrated in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of office productivity tools. Employers can use Microsoft Office User Specialist (MOUS) certification to screen candidates and can offer MOUS training to current employees.

The MOUS program provides two levels of certification: Microsoft Office Proficient Specialist, for general knowledge of Office products, and Microsoft Office Expert Specialist, for advanced knowledge of Office products.
